My journey at ISB&M till date is very exciting and successful. I attribute a lot of it to the coaching and nurturing I have been receiving from the instruction from our professors and from all my peers who ensured that I could have a stimulating learning environment when in ISB&M.The college has grooming me as an individual and an all rounded professional, by changing my way of thinking and perception about the corporate world and I would like to thank our president Dr.Pramod Kumar and Placement Cell for giving me the opportunity.

I am in PAC TEAM for 2 years when i was in ISB&MBangalore which gave an opportunity to me mold myself where I am very comfortable talking to people about there needs and their requirements. Currently I am working as a INVESTMENT CONSULTANT in Prospect development team with BANK OF AMERICA MERRILL. I have with the company for 2 years.I am in Prospect Development Team where I educate my clients on the capabilities of the platform Merrill has to offer and deepening the relationship with additional products and services via holistic goal based conversations. I help them by giving knowledge of investments and financial markets by applying key principles appropriately to the individual client's investment needs. After ISB&M I completed my Stock Broker and Investment Consultant licenses in USA with the federal and state governments. I love my job and profile and it brings satisfaction to me thinking I am helping people understand there finances.

It was a wonderful experience at ISB&M with an excellent exposure provided through various cells ( Placement cell, Alumni Cell etc.). I was placement coordinator for PAC team where members/students were given opportunity to interact with industry experts for Internships/Placements. This way technically, My sales and marketing journey has started before I have passed out with PGDM degree.It is pertinent to mention that, ISB&M gets overall development of student education & practical exposure of corporate/entrepreneur world. The faculty were supportive to nurture us and mould us to perfection. I truly cherish my 2 years stint with the college which are lifetime experiences.
