Admission Office

Eligibility:

Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Candidates appearing for final year Bachelor Degree examinations can also apply, provided they complete all degree requirements by September 30, 2010.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates are required to take one of the following:

1. Common Admission Test (CAT 2009)
2. XLRI Admissions Test (XAT 2010)
3. Autonomous Entrance Test of ISB&M scheduled on February 6, 2010
4. Any other valid test acceptable to ISB&M
 

Candidates with 60 percentile in CAT/XAT or 70 percentile in MAT may apply for GD-PI directly.

GD-PI will be held between March 4 to March 20, 2010
 

Procedure for Applying to ISB&M:

Candidates who wish to obtain the ISB&M Prospectus by courier/post should make a Demand Draft of Rs. 1100/- in favour of “International School of Business & Media Training Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Pune and send to any of the Admissions Offices, whose addresses are given on the back cover page, or by paying Rs. 1000/- at any of the ISB&M institutes counter.

It can also be obtained from selected retailers and coaching institutes.

Online Registration

The applicant can Apply Online here. The applicant is to fill in his/her personal information, give the payment particulars of Demand Draft number and date, and submit the Form online. The applicant will take the printout of ISB&M Application Form, fill in all the necessary details, paste his/her recent photograph and sign across the photograph. The applicant is to enclose the Demand Draft of Rs. 1100/- in favour of “International School of Business & Media Training Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Pune and send it along with the Application Form by courier/registered post/speed post in any of the Admission Offices. Cheques will not be accepted. Once the Admissions Office receives the DD, the prospectus will be sent to the applicant by courier/speed-post.

The application form and prospectus will be issued only in the name of the applicant who wishes to apply. The form is non-transferable.
 

ISB&M Autonomous Test

The ISB&M Autonomous Test will be conducted in 28 cities on February 6, 2010

Test Timings: 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The list of short listed candidates for Group Discussion and Personal Interviews (GD & PI) will be posted on the website and also the candidate will be intimated by courier/post.

Group Discussion and Personal Interviews

Group Discussion/Personal Interview will be conducted in Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hydrabad, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Noida, Nagpur, Patna, Pune and Raipur between February 26-March 4, 2010.

Fee Structure

Fees: Rs. 3.5 lacs per year
The fee is only a course fee and does not include hostel fee and expenses for living in Pune. Fees are to be paid in two installments in each year.

I Year
First Installment: Rs.1,75,000/- at the time of admission
Second Installment Rs.1,75,000/- by November 30, 2010

II Year
Third Installment: Rs.1,75,000/- at the time of registration July 2011
Fourth Installment Rs.1,75,000/- by November 30, 2011

Other Expenses:

• Caution Money Deposit: Rs.10,000/- at the time of admission (Refundable)

• Placement fees as specified by the Placement Recruitment Cell: Rs.10,000/- per year

• Alumni Life Membership: Rs.10,000/- at the time of admission.

Note: Separate hostel facility for girls and boys is available at Pune campus for limited number of students. Need to apply separately once admitted to ISB&M.
 

Rules for Cancellation of Admission

On cancellation of admission by July 6, 2010, Rs.1000/- will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.
No refund of fees against cancellation of admission after July 6, 2010.

Note:

• Any complaints or grievances should be brought to the notice of the President or Director.
• ISB&M Management reserves the right to make appropriate changes.
• All legal disputes are subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
• ISB&M Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management are recognized by AICTE
