PROGRAMMES OFFERED (AICTE Approved) (Batch 2012–14)
Programme structure is developed to balance conceptual and practical skills and abilities. Programme will develop business analysis, problem solving & decision making skills and leadership ability. Programme coverage includes key functional area of management.
ISB&M offers the following 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Programmes. These programmes are recognized by the ALL India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The focus of the programme is on the development of business analysis aptitude, problem solving & decision-making skills, positive attitude and leadership ability. The teaching and assessment methods aim to create a participant-driven learning environment so that it encourages students to take greater initiatives and responsibility towards learning.

Elective Courses
For each of the PGDM Programmes, a student is to do concentration in two areas. One of the areas of concentration is to be from the following:

A student is to select the second area of concentration from the following provided he/she did not take that area for the first areas of concentration. While selecting the areas of concentration and choosing the electives, a student should select these based on his/her career choices.

Internship Programme
Students take summer internship of 8-10 weeks with reputed companies at the end of the first three trimesters. The internship provides students an insight into the corporate world and gives a practical overview of the respective specializations. The summer internship is evaluated by the mentor in the organization. A student must be rated B+ to be admitted to second year of the programme.
